Although I have been a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse most of my adult years, I have always been drawn toward photography as a hobby.
Over the past 10 plus years, I have fallen even more in love with it and in learning about the technical aspects of the art and the joy of capturing special moments in unique and simple ways. Whether it is capturing a newborn’s first days, documenting a child’s play, preserving a family memory or admiring nature all around us, I find such enjoyment in freezing the beautiful things I see around me!

Wildlife Prints
I have learned so much about wildlife by stopping, sitting still and observing it through the camera lens. As birds, mammals and owls go about their day (or night), I have found it fascinating to watch them up close and to then read about their habits and behavior to learn more. Watching with a telescoping lens, I have been allowed to see their amazingly intricate fur and feathers much more closely than ever and it is such fun!
